LONG VALLEY YOUTH FULFILLS DREAM OF BRINGING WATER FILTERS TO HAITI

More than one year ago Will Wahl, a senior at Morris County School of Technology, presented a dream to his pastor at Trinity Church in Hackettstown. He hoped to provide water filtration systems to some people in Haiti. Recently his dream was accomplished.

Will traveled with Rev. Frank Fowler and a team of 13 missionaries to Bon Repos, Haiti on Trinity Church’s annual mission encounter. While there, two Hydroid Water Filers were installed. The all natural non electric filters will provide clean drinking water for up to 10 years.

Benefiting from Wahl’s vision will be hundreds of children and adults at the Light and Peace School and orphanage. Commenting on Wahl’s fulfilled dream Fowler said, “Will has been an outstanding Christian young man, and I was thrilled that Trinity Church was able to help him bless the wonderful people of Haiti.
