MOUNT OLIVE TWP. (Jan. 21, 2014) – Professionals agree that face to face networking is one of the best ways to increase new business.
The Mount Olive Area Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Group is taking that philosophy a step further by “speeding up the process.” The group will host a Speed Networking Event at its next meeting, Thursday Feb. 13, at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics in the Flanders section of Mount Olive.
In this fast-paced and exciting format, attendees can pitch their business or service to many different prospects in a short time period.
Young Business Professionals of the MOACC is presented in partnership with the Hackettstown Business Improvement District (HBID) and Hackettstown Regional Medical Center (HRMC).
The group is intended to bring together 20-40 year old’s living or working in the greater Hackettstown/Mount Olive area for opportunities to network, socialize, leverage training workshops and get connected with the community at-large.
While it is designed for young professionals, the group is open to any business person and the meetings are not limited to MOACC or HBID business members.
Siemens is located at 62 Flanders-Bartley Road, Flanders. For more information about this and other chamber activities, visithttp://mountolivechambernj.com. Cost is just $5 per person. Light refreshments will be served.
