The Chester Lioness Club will meet for dinner at 6:30 PM on Thursday, March 6th 2014 in the Lamplighter Restaurant, 190 West Main Street, Chester, NJ 07930. This evening we are delighted to have Cheryl Kennedy discuss “The Benefits of Cleansing” a body detoxification program employing whole foods.
Cheryl Kennedy is passionate about whole foods and wants everyone to share her passion. She helps people bring whole foods back into their daily life by guiding them through “The Body Rejuvenation Cleanse” book, written by Delia Quigley. Cheryl has practiced the Cleanse for several years and studied with Delia to learn the principals of cleansing.
The Body Rejuvenation Cleanse is a food based detoxification program that takes place over 5 weeks. During the Cleanse, you introduce quality foods into your daily diet while allowing your body time to detoxify. This time of cleansing is an education about the effects of food on your body. The Body Rejuvenation Cleanse is different from other cleanses because it is all about whole foods. Cheryl offers small group and private cleanses through the Acupuncture Center of Chester and can be reached at 908-256-6187 .
Community residents are welcome to join the Lionesses for this program by reservation only. To learn more about the Chester Lioness Club and/or to register for this program phone Holly Simmenroth at 908-879-5932
