The Mount Olive Public Library presents “The Untold Story of Princess Doe” on Saturday, May 17th at 1:30 pm.
Author Christie Napurano and Ret. Det. Stephen Speirs Jr., of the Warren County Prosecutors Office, will re-examine the case of “Princess Doe,” a young girl who was found murdered in a Blairstown cemetery in 1982. Although the townspeople embraced and buried the girl they found, her identity remains a mystery, even today. Speirs and Napurano will comb through the original facts of the sordid story, as well as present new information, leads, and potential suspects. It is hoped that by sharing details and renewing public interest, someday this decades-old cold case will finally be solved.
