Boy Scouts from Long Valley Troop 236, Schooley’s Mountain, braved a high temperature of 110 F on Sat., Feb. 13, at High Point State Park in Sussex. The High winds and low temperatures did not deter the well-prepared Scouts from enjoying the scenic vistas, observing animal tracks in the fresh snow and getting in some early season trail practice along their 7.5 mile trek.
