Coldwell Banker Team Earns Honors For Sales

Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., has announced that Jodi Rubenstein and Joanna Parker-Lentz, of the Short Hills office, ranked No. 3 in the company out of all affiliated sales teams of 1 to 3 members for 2017, based on gross commission income.
Based on its successful sales year in 2017, the team achieved multiple honors. These include the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Team Award, placing them within the Top 11 percent of 3,137 affiliated Coldwell Banker sales teams in the U.S. and Canada. recognized Rubenstein and Parker-Lentz as one of the top real estate teams in New Jersey, placing No. 44 in closed sales volume.
