Justina Falafel is the new restaurant in Livingston and features delicious food. The owner Hany Ghaly, who has nine years’ experience in the restaurant business .When you meet him he exudes a warm welcome and is very proud of all the items on his large menu.

The Mission at Justina Falafel is to serve healthy, fresh and authentic Egyptian Cuisine In a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere to our clients in Livingston and the surrounding areas.

Egyptian Cuisine is from the heart of the Middle East and well known for its fresh, flavorful meals and extensive selection of vegetarian food.

At Justina Falafel they serve delicious, simple Middle Eastern dishes using recipies that have been handed down from one generation to the next for centuries.

The menu has something for everyone, including a variety of pita sandwiches, fresh made salads, grilled chicken breast and lamb kababs.  In addition, there is a tantalizing selection of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free items and a menu for kids. And, of course, their desserts are awesome!

Hany is always looking for new ideas.  He has just put together a lunch menu, where the price is $7 and up. They are open 6 days a week.  Tuesday-Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Saturday noon to 11:00 p.m., and Sunday noon to 9:00 p.m.. They accept all major credit cards.

A new feature on Friday nights is live jazz music from 7pm-10pm. There are new entertainers each week.  

If you are having a party, they have catering on or off premises.  Justina Falafel will be happy to cater your next event. They cater “at your place or ours.”
