Discover What Mindfulness is and How it Can Improve Your Life at NCJW/Essex Center for Women in January

Start the New Year off right with a Mindfulness workshop at the Linda & Rudy Slucker NCJW/Essex Center for Women. Danna Markson, LCSW, will explore and discuss specific mindfulness techniques that are sure to help participants cultivate calmness and connection in their lives on Wednesday evening January 9th from 7:15 PM to 9:00 PM. 
This program will be held at the NCJW/Essex Center for Women in Livingston, 70 South Orange Avenue, Suite 120. Registration is required and open to all women in the community. The Linda & Rudy Slucker NCJW/Essex Center for Women is a nonsectarian, nonprofit community service sponsored by the NCJW Essex County Section that works to improve the quality of life for women, children, families, and the elderly through a variety of nonsectarian services including peer support groups, legal and financial consultations, job development, and women’s workshops.  Lesley Greenstein of Summit is President of NCJW/Essex, and Paula Green of South Orange is Vice President of the Center for Women.
