Eagle Scouts Builds Horseshoe Pits

Troop 156 of Flanders held and Eagle Scout Court of Honor for Tim Stolarz on May 22 at the Flanders United Methodist Church.  For his Eagle Project, he built two horseshoe pits and two picnic tables for the Knights of Columbus in Flanders.  Stolarz is a senior at Mt. Olive High School and will graduate in June.  He will be attending County College of Morris in the fall to begin studies in Marine Biology with plans to transfer to Rutgers to finish his degree.  He is pictured with Senior Patrol Leader Shane Jones who presented him with the Troop gift of a shadow box.
