Free Gardening Discussions At Laurelwood Arboretum

On Thursday, June 28 at 2:30 p.m., Friends of Laurelwood Arboretum will host Gardeners’ Journal, the second in a series of monthly discussions on timely gardening topics.

The meetings, which are free and open to the public, are held at the Knippenberg Center for Education, Laurelwood Arboretum, 725 Pines Lake Road, Wayne.

The Gardeners’ Journal is held the fourth Thursday of each month at 2:30 p.m. from April through October. No membership or subscription required to attend. Journal meetings are eligible for Master Gardener credits.

Friends of Laurelwood Arboretum is the nonprofit organization that helps preserve and manage the 30-acre property in partnership with Wayne Township. FOLA welcomes new members, volunteers, school groups, students, scouts and people with special skills who would like to be part of this organization.
