The Morris County Board of Freeholders has issued county certificates to three Morris County 4-H members, who represented the county at the recent National Agri-Science Youth Summit in Chevy Chase, Maryland, and the 2019 Joint Agricultural Convention & Trade Show event in Atlantic City.
Recipients were Kristin Osika, Mendham Borough and Johanna Pipoli, Roxbury Township; and Kristen Briney of Chester Township.
