Golfing To Support Wounded Warriors

The Picatinny Chapter, Women In Defense is honored to sponsor its first Wounded Warrior Golf
Outing and Awards Dinner in support of the Marines Care Foundation, a local organization that assists
Wounded Warriors and their families from all branches of the military across the country.

Taking care of fellow Americans who return home severely injured from war must remain a priority for everyone. This event will provide recognition and financial support to four local deserving service
members. Consider sponsoring this Wounded Warrior Golf Outing in order to provide a minimum award of $2,000 to each award recipient. This award honors their service to the country and the sacrifices of the service member and their family.

Of course, any level of support would be appreciated and donations can be given in any dollar amount
or through donation of a raffle prize or small items for golfer goodie bags (qty. 150). The goal is to encourage others to sponsor a hole. All sponsors will be officially recognized at the awards dinner.

This outing will be held on Thurs., Sept. 3, at Farmstead Golf Course in Lafayette. All sponsors need to provide a logo and/or company description or special dedication (depending on sponsorship level) no later than Aug. 14. E-mail artwork to webmaster@picatinnywid.org.

Visit www.picatinnywid.org and select the Wounded Warrior Golf Outing icon to submit preferred level of sponsorship and make payment online. Donations can be forwarded to WID, P.O. Box 87, Wharton, NJ 07885. Make all checks payable to National Defense Industrial
Association. Any questions, contact Dion Serben at info@picatinnywid.org.
