WWll veteran Joseph Fisher of West Caldwell celebrated his 95th
birthday at the James Caldwell Post 185 American Legion. He is
pictured taking a minute to remember his shipmates who he
served with. Fisher served in the pacific on the Philippine Islands. He
was an electrician mate first class assigned to the submarines station
