The Washington Township Public Library in Long Valley invites adults to a new Nonfiction Book Group, Wed., July 27, at 7 p.m., to be held every fourth Wednesday of the month. The featured book will be “The Boys in the Boat: Nine Americans and Their Epic Quest for Gold at the 1936 Berlin Olympics,” by Daniel James Brown. The number one New York Times–bestselling story about American Olympic triumph in Nazi Germany and now the inspiration for the forthcoming PBS documentary “Boys of ‘36.”
