There are now more than 4,500 small breweries opening in the country, and they are producing some of the most flavorful and innovative brews that have ever been created. A guided look through the world of craft beer, with interesting facts, colorful stories, and a look at why beer matters.
Holl is a New Jersey native and covered the Garden State for the “New York Times” and “the Star-Ledger.” He began his career at NJ Network Television and has written for the “Wall Street Journal,” “The Washington Post,” “Wine Enthusiast,” and many other publications.
