Lioness Club Hosts Fundraiser Comedy Performance
“VANYA and SONIA and MASHA and SPIKE,” a comedy play written by
Christopher Durang is set to be a Chester Lioness Club fund raising activity on
opening night May 6, at 8 p.m., in the Black River
Playhouse in Chester.
The story revolves around the relationships of three middle-aged single siblings, two of whom live together and the other who visits and supports them. They discuss their lives and loves and argue about selling the house. The $20 ticket includes refreshments. There will also be a meet and greet with the play’s cast members.
