Warren Vache Quintet will perform at Rutherford Hall in Allamuchy on Oct. 28, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Vache is one of America's great jazz trumpeters, having played in a variety of settings, including polka bands, Dixieland bands, big dance bands, Broadway pit bands, small jazz groups and large free-wheeling combos.
It is in the latter setting that he has earned his worldwide reputation. Warren will be accompanied by Chuck Redd-vibraphone, James Chirillo-guitar, Dwayne Cook Broadnax-drums, and Earl Sauls-bass. Tickets are priced at $30 in advance, $35 at the door.
