The Madison Chamber of Commerce invites everyone to come shop, dine and play throughout the business district all day during its Spring Sales Day, Sat., April 16.

In addition, Madison Little League teams will march through the downtown during their Opening Day Parade.  The parade begins at noon with its start location in front of the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building.  The route will continue up Kings Rd. to Green Village Rd. to Main St. and end at Dodge Field.

Madison merchants will be offering extra savings, markdowns and fresh new merchandise.

“It’s a perfect reason to stroll downtown and welcome spring,” said Karen Giambra, executive director of the Madison Chamber of Commerce.

Participating merchants will set up tables outside their stores to showcase their special offers.

Free parking is available at lots on Waverly Pl., Cook Ave., Elmer St. and Kings Rd.  For more information on parking, visit www.rosenet.org.
