On Tuesday, Sept. 18 at 6  p.m. in the Whippanong Library, Pat Rector, Rutgers Cooperative Extension environmental and resource management agent, will talk about the new rain garden on the side of the library.

Children in grades 6 through 8 will also learn about the new rain garden “app” that is a fantastic tool to help with designing a rain garden.
