National Designation Prepares Real Estate Agents for Work with Senior Clients
Patricia Berzanski, a real-estate agent with RE/MAX Heritage Properties, was recently awarded the national designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®). The designation prepares real estate professionals to approach mature clients with the best options and information when buying or selling a home.
The designation is awarded by the SRES® Council, in affiliation with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Candidates are required to complete a two-day course and remain in good standing with NAR.
A real estate professional for 27 years, Berzanski has sold more than 300 houses throughout her career. She specializes in helping residential buyers and sellers throughout Mt. Olive, Long Valley, Roxbury, Randolph, Chester, Independence and Hackettstown.
“As a senior myself, I understand the challenges facing mature clients,” said Berzanski. “Many of my senior clients are looking to downsize. I can help them through that process while providing any additional resources they may need.”
Berzanski is an active member of her community, teaching religious education at St. Jude’s in Mt. Olive. She also holds several professional designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI).
RE/MAX Heritage Properties operates two offices in Chester and Flanders, NJ. Berzanski is a full-time agent in the Chester office. For more information or to reach Berzanski, please contact her on her cell at 973-713-4795, at the office at 973-713-4795 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
