Emily Brown of West Caldwell, this year’s Poppy Girl, hands James Caldwell Post #185 American Legion Commander Daniel Handy poppies to be sold at the Shoprite in West Caldwell. Funds raised by the sale goes to the veterans that have served in all of the country’s engagements.
