The Randolph High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee comprised of administrators, current and former coaches, former athletes and community members have announced the 2018 Randolph High School Athletic Hall of Fame inductees:
Coach: John R. Bauer (1972-1990); football, basketball, baseball;
Contributor: Joe Nazzaro (1968-2007); started the boy’s lacrosse program;
Virginia & Paul Shapiro (1971-1981); started soccer at both the youth and high school levels;
Boy Athlete: Bill Cuff (1969-1973); wrestling state champion;
Glenn Guerin (1969-1973); wrestling state finalist;
Girl Athlete: Janet Kerrigan (1986-1990); basketball and soccer;
Boys Team: 1980-81 boys basketball; Conference Champions; State Finalist;
Boys Team: 1986 Football; Sectional and Conference Champions; began “the streak”;
More than 200 alumni and community members are expected to attend the induction ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 20, at 5 p.m. at the Randolph High School Commons. The event is open to the public. The cost is $50 for dinner and the induction ceremony.
