As part of the Purim celebration, Temple Sha’arey Shalom is happy to invite anyone interested in learning about the congregation to a wine and cheese party on Sat., March 19, at 7 p.m. at the temple in Springfield.

A mid-size Reform congregation affiliated with the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ), the temple serves Springfield and surrounding towns in Union, Essex and Somerset counties. The synagogue welcomes children, young adults, singles, seniors and families.

Shabbat services are creative and varied and a wide array of educational, informational and social programs and entertainment is offered. Belonging to the temple means belonging to a community!

Some members will be there to answer questions and babysitting will be available.
