St Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center is proud to announce its annual Wine Tasting Event, set for Thur., Oct. 27 from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. It’s an evening of fine wine, savory food, and exciting art exhibitions. The event location is the historic Morris Museum and the proceeds will benefit the homeless animals of St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center. This event is a partnership between St. Hubert’s and Main Street Wine Cellars in Madison.
Guests are invited to sample an array of more than 100 wines from all over the world, accompanied by a wide selection of hors d’oeuvres and desserts, in the museum’s glass Entrance Pavilion and sky-lit Museum Court. Guests can also enjoy both the permanent exhibitions at the Morris Museum and its current special exhibitions including Jersey Spirits: Prohibitions from Flappers to Bootleggers, and Icons of American Culture: History of New Jersey Diners. Guests are encouraged to bid on unique items at the event’s silent auction. All proceeds from the event will benefit the pets cared for by St. Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center. St. Hubert’s is a leading regional animal welfare organization, with locations in Madison, North Branch, Mt. Olive and Ledgewood.
Tickets are $50 per person and can be purchased online at www.sthuberts.org or at Main Street Wine Cellar located at 300 Main Street in Madison. Attendees must be 21 years of age and tickets must be purchased in advance.
Unfortunately pets must stay home for the Wine event, it is only for two legged friends of St. Hubert’s.
