This year marks the 90th anniversary of the Junior Woman’s Club of Verona. To celebrate 90 years of community service and friendship, the Verona Juniors plans to host a brunch for current and former club members.
The brunch is set to be held Sun., June 12, at 11 a.m. at The Avenue Bistro and Pub at 558 Bloomfield Avenue. For $30, attendees will receive an assortment of breakfast and lunch items, coffee, and soft drink with a cash bar will be available. The deadline to RSVP and purchase tickets is Mon., June 9. At the event, the Juniors will collect school and backpack supplies for their Packs with Purpose drive for Verona children in need.
