Gen Y Networking Group, a forum dedicated to Generation Y young adults interested in job search, networking, and career development, plans to meet the third Wednesday of the month, July 20 at 7 p.m.  All are welcome to attend.

Dr. Michelle Papka, director of the Cognitive and Research Center of New Jersey, plans to present a program that integrates psychology, diet, and cognitive stimulation that is geared to improve one’s memory. Arcade: Old and New Video Games

What to Do When Rehab Ends

John Patazan, CSCS and an exercise physiologist at Atlantic Rehabilitation in New Providence, will discuss options for those who have finished rehabilitation after an injury or surgical procedure and are instructed by their physician to exercise.  The post rehab program covers a variety of conditions that will be discussed in this lecture.
