Thrift Boutique Opens Up In Morristown

The Women’s Association for Morristown Medical Center (WAMMC) held its grand opening of The Bargain Box Thrift Boutique on Friday, Sept. 21.
The event was commemorated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at its new location on the “Country Mile” at 1117 Mt. Kemble Avenue (Route 202 South) in Morristown.
The newly-expanded Bargain Box Thrift Boutique features clothing for adults and children, jewelry, household items and seasonal décor. Since its inception in the early 60’s, all proceeds have contributed to WAMMC’s
support of Morristown Medical Center’s ongoing commitment to bring innovative technology, numerous hospital programs and superior health services and specialties to the community.
“We’re very excited to be celebrating this beautiful new location and we applaud The Bargain Box team for their ongoing dedication to providing a wonderful service for both the community and, ultimately, the
hospital,” said Mary Courtemanche, president of WAMMC. “The Bargain Box has been one of our most valued fundraising entities and we look forward to their continued support.”
Maggie Moffitt, manager of The Bargain Box, says. “At our new location, you’ll find skylights, warm smiles and, of course, the same great bargains our customers have come to expect. We look forward to serving old
friends and new who always find something great, while doing something great for the hospital.”
The Bargain Box is open Mondays from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.; Tuesdays through Fridays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Donations are accepted Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays from 10
