Tips for Downsizing and Selling Your Home at NCJW/Essex Center for Women in June

Are you thinking of moving and downsizing?  What to keep and what to take is no easy decision! The Linda & Rudy Slucker NCJW/Essex Center for Women is offering a program in June that will help to eliminate the guess work. Ellie Cohen, Esq., a former realtor and attorney who has worked with clients for more than thirty years, will help you understand the process on Thurs. evening June 6th from 7:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Learn how to plan a blueprint for sale and relocation from preparation, listing, going to contract, and all the way through closing.
This program will be held at the NCJW/Essex Center for Women in Livingston, 70 South Orange Avenue, Suite 120. Registration is required and is open to all women regardless of religious affiliation or ethnic background. The Linda & Rudy Slucker NCJW/Essex Center for Women is a nonsectarian, nonprofit community service sponsored by the NCJW Essex County Section that works to improve the quality of life for women, children, families, and the elderly through a variety of nonsectarian services including peer support groups, legal and financial consultations, job development, and women’s workshops.  Lesley Greenstein of Summit is President of NCJW/Essex, and Paula Green of South Orange is Vice President of the Center for Women.
