The Purple Xperience celebrates the life and music of Prince in a special tribute concert coming to Mayo Performing Arts Center on Thurs., July 7, at 8 p.m. The Purple Xperience, a five-piece tribute band hailing from Minneapolis, brings the memories of Prince and The Revolution to audiences of all generations. Led by Matt Fink (aka Doctor Fink), a member of Prince and The Revolution from 1978 to 1991, and backed by the best session players in the Twin Cities, The Purple Xperience is the most authentic re-creation of Prince and The Revolution in the world, and leaves no one disappointed.
