Tristate African Violet Council Hosts 54th Annual Show & Plant Sale

Reconnect with the playful, inner child at the Tristate African Violet Council’s 54th Annual Show and Sale on Sat., Nov. 5, 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Sun., Nov. 6, 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Frelinghuysen Arboretum’s Haggerty Education Center in Morristown.

This year’s show theme “Violets at Play” will feature American’s favorite houseplant-the African violet- in horticulture form and flower arrangements, displayed in the spirit of board games and childhood play. Don’t miss the opportunity to see the award-winning plants, creative designs and educational displays by regional club enthusiasts and prominent growers from New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Stop at the sales table where hundreds of African violets and gesneriads will be for sale from commercial growers and our club members. Experts will be available to answer questions to help grow beautiful plants.
