The Mt. Olive Area Chamber of Commerce recognized two recently for their efforts locally in business and the community at-large at its Annual Awards Event June 7. 

Mike McCort, owner of Amish Mike on Route 46, was named the Business Person of the Year, and Patrice Schaffer was named the Humanitarian of the Year. The two were honored at the Chamber’s yearly event, held this year at Audio Visual Dynamics. 

In addition to these two honorees, longtime Chamber Board Member Claudia Ehrgott was presented with the President’s Award for all her efforts on behalf of the chamber and the community.
