To notify Mt. Olive Township officials of an issue which needs attention, pot hole repair, property maintenance issues, zoning violations, please follow the steps below. Work orders are prioritized and completed at the discretion of the department head. For hazardous and emergency issues, please call 9-1-1.
To create a service request, visit www.mountolivetownship.com. Click on “Service Request and Status” in the middle of the page or use the “Township Info” drop down box at the top of the page to locate the “Service Request and Status” button.
On the next screen click on the “Create a Service Request.”
Residents now have the option to enter their request as a guest or create an account. The township recommends creating an account to allow residents to keep track of their requests.
Please enter in all the information pertaining to a request. By entering an email address it will allow the ability to communicate regarding a request.
Submit a request by clicking the “Submit Request” box on the bottom of the page.
Those making a request will be assigned a service request number to be able to keep track of a request.
An email notification will be sent from kbruen@mtolivetwp.org verifying the request was received. By replying to this email, the Public Works Department will be able to communicate and answer any questions.
