Enjoy art with Anna Kaszupski, a self-taught artist specializing in a semi-abstract style with acrylic painting on canvas. Most of her work involves instructing paint & sip classes at four local wineries with her original designs in a less abstract style. She also is commissioned by clients to paint her colorful version of their pets. Through funding made possible by the Warren County Cultural and Heritage Commission, a class has been planned on Thurs., Sept. 8, at 7 p.m., in the Oxford Township Municipal building. Painting in her classes typically takes two hours from start to finish. Kaszupski brings everything everyone needs to paint their 16×20 masterpiece and guides everyone though the step by step process. Although everyone paints the same thing, she encourages creative ideas and innovative thinking in class. No two paintings are ever identical and Anna’s moto is “there are no rules in art”. Just paint and have fun! The limit to attendees is 26 due to space constraints. Payment is due in advance to reserve a space, either a check for $35 to the WCARTS mail address, P.O. BOX 420, Washington New Jersey, 07882 or via PayPal at https://www.wcarts.org/eventcalendar.php The $35 is the cost to the public (non-members). Walk-ins will be accepted the evening of the meeting if there are any available spaces. The public is welcome.
