Preparing a winter harvest, a writers’ critique workshop and new story time sessions for kids are in the works at the Washington Township Library this fall.
Fall Story Time sessions have kicked off for the fall season.
Mother Goose & Me, for children up to 24 months, takes place on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m.
Very Ready Reading Story Time is held on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. for children ages 2 and 3. At 11:30 a.m., the session is for children ages 3 to 5.
Rock & Read is held on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. for children ages 2 through 5.
On Sept. 27, a program will discuss what to do when there is too much produce. Farmer Shaun from Grow it Green Morristown will offer a class on jarring and storing vegetables and herbs for the fall and winter at 7 p.m. He will discuss fermentation, freezing and canning. Registration is requested.
On Sept. 29, a Writers’ Critique Workshop will be held from noon to 2 p.m. The workshop is for anyone seeking feedback on their latest writing project.
