Ladies Fellowship of Chapel on the Hill in Cedar Grove is once again seeking yarn donations. Yarn may be dropped off at the back door of the church.

Throughout the year some of the women knit and crochet hats,

scarves, lap robes and afghans which are donated to various

ministries namely for children, orphanages and the homeless. Lap

robes are made for People With AIDS (PWA). Last year hundreds of

hat and scarf sets, afghans, lap robes, children’s novelty animals and hair ornaments were made and distributed to various missions.

The Fellowship is a service and social group and welcomes women of

all ages and denominations.  They meet the second Tuesday of the

month at 7 p.m. from September through June. The evening consists

of a speaker followed by fellowship and refreshments.
