Youth Appreciation Week Back in Livingston

Sat. May 18 promises to be a great day in Livingston. Stop by the memorial oval to celebrate Youth Appreciation Week. All activities are free and open to the public. The Family Festival Day will have face painters, a DJ, craft tents, a balloon artist, a food day tent, LMAC, LYCS Leaders and Township Committees, Child ID and Car Seat Safety provided by Livingston Police. There will also be a Livingston High Robotics Club exhibition and competition, and outer space themed games and crafts.
For the kids to run off their energy, the oval will also have blow-up slides, obstacle courses, bounce houses, a petting zoo, pony rides, and a GAGA pit. If the little ones are into trucks, there will also be a chance to explore fire, ambulance, and public works trucks. The fun begins at 10:00 a.m. Food will be available for purchase with proceeds benefiting the Livingston High School Robotics Club.
Pre-register through livingstonnj.org through Community Pass or in person at the SYLS Office: 204 Hillside Ave. Pre-registration will remain open through Fri. May 17 at 12:00 p.m.
