Act As Spy In Nov., See Holiday Lights In Dec.

The Township of Morris Parks and Recreation keeps kids busy during teacher’s convention and looks ahead to a bright holiday.

For kids five to ten year old, sign up for the “Mad” Science Spy Academy on Thur., Nov. 10 and Fri., Nov. 11, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Morris Township Municipal Building.
Act as a spy and uncover the science involved in evidence gathering and analysis; learn how to be undercover and be successful in the spy world; help solve a crime in a hands-on investigation of the science of sleuthing; learn how the pros do it through careful observation and techniques to handle evidence; analyze clues and work with the Crime Lab program.

Cost is $95 per child.

It is not too early to think about winter holidays
Sign up for the Holiday Lights Tour Of New York City to see the sights all lit up for the holidays! The bus will leave from Town Hall on Dec. 4, at 4:30 p.m. and return at approximately 9:30 p.m. The tour lasts about five hours with the first stop is at Ferrara’s Bakery for a special treat. The trip includes a guided tour to see the decorated windows at Lord & Taylor, Lincoln Center to see the tree, a stop and shop at Bryant Park kiosks and down Fifth Avenue to Macy’s.
