Chester Lions Donates To The Blind

The Chester Lions N.J. Charitable Foundation Inc. recently donated $500 to the National Federation of the Blind of New Jersey.

The money is to be used by the foundations braille enrichment in library and learning program.

The organization raises the expectation of blind people because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and their dreams.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines someone; a person can have the life he or she wants; blindness is not what holds people back.

The NJBNJ believes that together with live, hope and determination dreams are transferred into reality.
