Chatham High School senior Sean McCarty has been selected for the All-Eastern Band on bass trombone. This recognition is the highest honor a high school band student can accomplish on the east coast of the United States.

This year’s All-Eastern Band concert will be held in Atlantic City in April. During the days prior to the competition, Sean will attend rehearsals with the band with conductors from around the country, and the performance will take place on the final day.

Sean was selected for the All-Eastern Band based on his audition scores at the All State Competition.
