An article that appeared on the front page of the October issue of the East Hanover/Florham Park News titled “Little Red Schoolhouse Faces More Renovations” inadvertently left out that The Historic Preservation Commission is coordinating the renovation work and the anniversary celebrations to mark the 150th anniversary since the building was founded. Herold also added that the new gutters will be copper, not cast iron.
