An animal that authorities have confirmed to be a fox was spotted on Montclair Avenue in the Township.

The fox was seen at approximately 12:15 p.m. in the vicinity of residential homes and heading west along the railroad tracks in the area.

The Little Falls Police Department advises residents to stay away from any wildlife they may encounter and never try to approach a wild animal or attempt to feed one.
