Saturday, Sept. 23 is Free Paddle Day at Horseshoe Lake in Succusunna.
Ramsey Outdoor is holding the event to thank the public for a successful watercraft renting season. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The last rental is at 5 p.m.
