Healthy individuals age 16 through 75 who weigh at least 110 pounds can donate blood; 16 and 17 year-olds must have signed parental consent forms available at www.communitybloodservices.com and anyone 75 and do not  needs a doctor’s note. Donors should eat a moderate meal before donating and must bring identification showing signature.
