The Paulinskill Valley Trail Committee will hold a hike at 10 a.m. on   Sept. 16, starting at Washington and Green Streets in Columbia, N.J. The PVTC is a Friends Organization of the Kittatinny Valley State Park.   The length of the hike will be four to five miles.  The trail is cinder-based, which provides easy, level walking.  Participants should bring lunch and a drink.
