Local business owners and the Livingston Area Chamber of Commerce plan to present a free workshop, “The Dos and Don’ts of Networking,” at Livingston Community Center on June 27 that will focus on topics and challenges common to established small businesses.  Speaker Bridget L. Sorenson will share her knowledge about networking, effective branding, PR, lead generation, building a sales team and more.

Sorenson is a Financial Representative for International Planning Alliance.  She assists clients by offering holistic planning. Bridget helps individuals, families and businesses with retirement & estate planning and businesses with secession plans. She enjoys meeting new people everyday and has a talent for connecting her resources to each other. Bridget loves to see her clients prosper and reach their goals. She is a member of the Livingston Area Chamber of Commerce, a Swap the Biz member of the Livingston Chapter, and on the advisory board and member of Morris County Chamber of Commerce.  Bridget will spend 30 minutes speaking on the importance of relationship building, being a giver, and how to help others succeed.
