Holiday Mini Bazaar, sponsored by the Friends of the Library, is set to be held on Thur., Dec. 8, 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Fri., Dec. 9, 9 a.m. to noon, in the Hackettstown Free Public Library.
