Through the end of November, works of local artist Jo Ann Gardner will be on display at the Roxbury Library in Succasunna. A charter member and one of the founders of the Arts Association in Roxbury, Garner notes that the paintings on display reflect work done over the past 50 years.

While she has had no formal training, Gardner notes that she has benefited from the workshops and demonstrations given by the Art Association. The four paintings on display in the library are: a “Vase and Flowers Still life” done in oil; “An Alaskan Fising Shack” done in oil; “A Cockateil” in oil and “Winnie the Pooh and Friends” done in watercolor. The library is located at 103 Main Street in Succasunna.
