Long Valley Troop 236 participated in community garden clean-up

On Saturday, October 10, Scouts and family members from BSA Troop 236 (and one member from Troop 336) volunteered to assist The Land Conservancy of New Jersey with the fall clean-up of the community garden located at their South Branch preserve in Mt. Olive. The Scouts and family members removed weeds, tilled and turned over garden beds and spread wood chips between the garden beds. It was a productive day and the Scouts were able to get a lot done for the Land Conservancy.
