Morris Township Rotary Walk To Support Animal Rescue

Rotary Walks will take place May 6, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Kitchell Road Shelter, Loantaka Brook Reservation, in Morris Township.
WALKFEST is now Rotary Walks. It was time for a fresh start. Our new name is simple and direct.
The event will be raising funds this year for three North New Jersey animal rescue organizations: St. Hubert’s Animal Rescue, Barnyard Sanctuary and Raptor Trust. – 50 percent of the pledges raised will go to the participant’s choice of one of these three charities, while the other 50 percent will go to a 501c3 non-profit or the walker’s local Rotary Club.
On line registration prior to April 21 will be the same as last year. After April 21 or onsite registration will be $ 25, and $20 for students and seniors. A continental breakfast and picnic lunch will be complimentary to all registered walkers.
ROTARY WALKS is a cooperative effort funded and run by volunteer Rotarians from across District 7470 to assist clubs and other non-profits in fundraising without the expenses and work they may not have available resources for.
