Morristown Collects Turkeys For Thanksgiving

The town of Morristown is working with the Community Food Bank of N.J. to distribute more than 1,000 frozen turkeys in time for Thanksgiving on Mon., November 13 from 10 a.m. to noon. Turkeys will be for delivered to the parking lot of the town hall and sorted for distribution to seven local organizations, including the Market Street Mission and the Salvation Army.

Town employees, including Mayor Dougherty, will be assisting with the unloading, organizing and re-loading of the frozen turkeys to each organization.
